Guess I Should Tell You About Me

Hi, I’m Corey! And I’m just a guy with a camera. I am based in Peachtree City, GA, but travel all over the state for weddings. I’m 23 years old and graduated from Georgia State University (GO THERS) with a degree in film and media and a minor in Georgia Film Academy. I love any outdoor activity, even if I’m terrible at it! I just really enjoy getting out and active. My favorite sports are wrestling, football, and volleyball! I am a HUGE fan of THE Ohio State Buckeyes. I know, I know, I’m from GA and not a UGA fan. Crazy. Most importantly, I am a follower of Jesus Christ. Everything I do, I do for the glory of God. I seek to magnify His name in my work because He is the one who has given me these talents. My prayer is that I can be a light for Christ at every wedding I work.

I have been working with videography for 7 years. I started by making goofy shorts with my friends and slowly gravitated to weddings. Film has been one of the most important aspects of my life in recent years and I continue to pursue my passion of bringing real emotion to life and creating stories.

Pursuing film in college has allowed me to find the beauty in the gift that God has blessed me with. Day-by-day, I seek to glorify Him in all my work using the talents He has given me.

Filming weddings and capturing the moment where "two shall become one flesh" is a beautiful way to honor the Lord (Mark 10:8). There is no moment greater in a couple's life than the day they come together as husband and wife and begin a long lasting life together.

Ministry Career

Apart from my job as a wedding videographer, I am also in pursuit of working in youth/student ministry within the church. In college, the Lord pulled me into His grace and I have never looked back. He has shown me my passion for leading and guiding the youth towards a life of walking with Christ. I worked as an apprentice with the youth ministry at Christ Covenant in Atlanta! I loved getting to walk with our youth in life together and sharing moments of faith with them. It is a big part of who I am. In the summer of 2024, I worked at WinShape camps as the worship speaker, and I was blessed with the privilege to preach the Gospel to kids each day! I believe in the Words of the Bible that Jesus Christ is my savior who has taken on the punishment I deserved on the cross and has reconciled me to our Father in Heaven.
